We are looking for a new team member to join in our Regulatory Offering Management Team to support the development, enhancement, and launch of Regulatory Intelligence solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. This role will work closely with cross-functional and international teams to drive offering strategy, market readiness, and customer value. Key Responsibilities: • Support the development and commercialization of new Regulatory Intelligence offerings. • Collaborate with product, regulatory, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver new solutions and enhancements. • Develop and maintain go-to-market materials, value propositions, and internal enablement resources. • Monitor regulatory trends, customer needs, and market developments to identify growth opportunities. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. • Support stakeholder communication and drive cross-functional collaboration throughout the offering lifecycle. • Contribute to innovation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and solutions. Required Qualifications: • Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Intelligence, Life Sciences, or a related pharmaceutical field. • Strong understanding of regulatory processes and the needs of regulatory clients. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. • Interest in digital transformation, innovation, and AI applications. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting product, offering, or solution development initiatives. • Advanced English level is required (at least C1) • Knowledge of go-to-market planning and commercialization activities. • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders. Responsabilidades principales Gestión Regulatoria Internacional: Elaborar y adaptar documentación técnica para registros legales y sanitarios en países comunitarios y extracomunitarios. Preparación de Dossiers: Gestionar la documentación técnica vinculada a los productos, asegurando su cumplimiento con la normativa del país receptor. Gestión Documental: Archivar y supervisar los trámites regulatorios en los mercados de exportación. Soporte Técnico: Gestionar traducciones, revisión de diseño y maquetación de textos técnicos asociados a productos. Reclamaciones: Atender y gestionar reclamaciones de clientes en mercados internacionales. Visión y planificación de nuevos lanzamientos des de inicio hasta puesta en el mercado con enfoque Regulatory. ¿Qué buscamos de ti? Formación en Química o una disciplina afín. Más de 5 años de experiencia en Regulatory Affairs en el sector cosmético INTERNACIONAL Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito. Dominio del paquete Office y otras herramientas informáticas. Perfil organizado, analítico, con capacidad de resolución, compromiso y habilidades de trabajo en equipo. Realizar el seguimiento de cambios legislativos y nuevas normativas, anticipando su impacto en el negocio. Elaborar y proporcionar documentación regulatoria, certificados y declaraciones para clientes. Gestionar hojas de datos de seguridad (SDS) y registros regulatorios internacionales (REACH, UK-REACH, KKDIK, K-REACH, entre otros). Preparar y mantener dossiers regulatorios en plataformas como IUCLID y REACH-IT. Participar en proyectos, foros y grupos de trabajo relacionados con seguridad de producto, toxicología y cumplimiento normativo. Coordinar los análisis necesarios para verificar el cumplimiento regulatorio de los productos.
