Real Estate Assistant – Marbella Company: Daemi Real Estate Location: Marbella, Málaga Type: Full-time, office-based Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: €1,500 gross/month plus deal bonuses About Us Daemi Real Estate is a Marbella-based agency helping international clients buy new developments, off-plan properties and resale homes across the Costa del Sol. We are looking for an organised, proactive and bilingual Real Estate Assistant to support daily operations, client management and marketing. The Role This is primarily a salaried assistant position. You will manage enquiries, maintain the CRM, research properties, coordinate viewings, update listings and support admin and marketing. During training, you will work closely with the business owner to learn our systems and client process. As you become more independent, buyer leads will be assigned to you. You will manage those clients with support and may earn bonuses when assigned leads complete a purchase. Main Responsibilities Respond to enquiries by WhatsApp, email, website, portals and social media. Qualify buyers by budget, area, property type and timeline. Follow up with clients and maintain CRM records. Research and send suitable property options. Coordinate calls, meetings, viewings and developer appointments. Communicate with developers, agents, lawyers and other professionals. Update listings, prices, availability and property information. Request floor plans, payment terms, photos and documents. Prepare property comparisons, brochures and presentations. Create social media posts and marketing content. Edit reels, property videos and short-form content. Update website text, images and property information. Use Canva or similar tools for marketing materials. Organise client files and transaction records. Occasionally support Decking Marbella with admin and marketing. Compensation The fixed salary is €1,500 gross per month in 12 payments (€18,000 gross/year). The employee may also receive a gross bonus from qualifying transactions assigned to and actively managed by the employee. The main responsibility remains the reliable completion of administrative, operational, client-management and marketing duties. Lead and bonus opportunities will increase as the employee demonstrates reliability and independence. Requirements Fluent English. Good Spanish strongly preferred. Based in Marbella or within commuting distance. Available full-time from our Marbella office. Strong organisation and attention to detail. Professional communication by phone, WhatsApp and email.
