En Akkodis buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a DevOps Senior para un proyecto de ciberdefensa, dentro del sector de Aeronáutica, espacio y defensa. La misión del rol es liderar la evolución de los procesos de desarrollo y despliegue de software, impulsando la automatización, la integración y entrega continua (CI/CD), y garantizando la estabilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad de los entornos. Desplegarás, configurarás y administrarás aplicaciones y servicios sobre entornos Docker y Kubernetes Diseñarás y gestionarásinfraestructuras robustas, escalables y altamente disponibles en entornos cloud-native Gestionarás recursos en Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, configmaps, etc.), garantizando rendimiento y disponibilidad Desplegarás aplicaciones mediante Helm, asegurando la correcta parametrización y versionado Diseñarás, automatizarás y evolucionarás pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI u otras), optimizando tiempos y calidad de despliegue Administrarás y mejorarás plataformas de integración y despliegue continuo, fomentando la automatización end-to-end Monitorizarás sistemas y analizarás logs con herramientas como Grafana, Prometheus o ELK, anticipando incidencias Resolverás incidencias en entornos productivos, con foco en la estabilidad y continuidad del servicio Automatizarás tareas mediante scripting (Bash, Python u otros) para mejorar la eficiencia operativa Colaborarás con equipos de seguridad en la implementación de buenas prácticas (hardening, accesos, despliegues seguros, mitigación de riesgos) Trabajarás con soluciones de identidad y gestión de APIs (como Keycloak o API Gateways) en entornos seguros Participarás activamente en la mejora continua de la plataforma y en la adopción de nuevas tecnologías (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, GitLab, Harbor) Colaborarás con equipos multidisciplinares, aportando visión técnica, capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas ¿Cuál es la CLAVE de este puesto?
