Key Responsibilities Develop, agree on, and implement a business development strategy and plan for Europe and other designated territories, aligned with the company's growth objectives. Work closely with the existing Sales and Technical teams to develop and execute business, sales, and marketing strategies that strengthen core markets, expand emerging territories, and identify and develop new market opportunities. Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth. Provide strategic direction and expand the dealer and distribution network across EMEA and Asia, leading the company's distribution and agency strategy. Profile Proven experience in senior sales, business development, or marketing management roles within the plant biostimulants industry or the broader agriculture, crop protection, or agrochemical sectors. Demonstrated success in building, developing, and managing multi-country dealer, distributor, and agent networks, with a strong track record of establishing long-term commercial relationships. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
