FINANCIAL M&A SENIOR ANALYST (W/M) IN VELIZY (PARIS)

We are looking for Financial - M&A Senior Analyst (W/M) for a key role at our headquarter in France. You will join the dynamic team of M&A. Your mission will be to strengthen our teams and actively support this growth.

You will join the M&A department team of the Eiffage Energy Systems division. You will work closely with:
• The management and teams at headquarters (Financial Management and General Management).
• The management and finance teams in the various European countries or in our subsidiaries in France.

The exposure and autonomy of this position will provide nice opportunity to learn and grow in a stimulating environment alongside strategic stakeholders.

Job location: Velizy - Paris area - France

Your Missions: as a Financial – M&A Senior Analyst, you will be at the heart of strategic missions, with financial expertise, mainly on missions consisting of:
• Financial due diligence phase:
o Independently manage the due diligence phase
o Analyze the financial performance of the target
o Analyze QoD, QoE, cash flow and all valuation elements
o Produce the data book and prepare the audit reports (due diligence) which will be presented directly to the management teams of the Energy Systems Branch and the Group.
o Being proactive in optimizing current financial processes and bringing concrete improvements.

• Integration phase:
o Follow the integration phase during the first 6 months after the acquisition.
o Actively participate in the review and optimization of the integration process for newly acquired companies.
o Audit the regular monitoring of subsidiaries.
o M&A process management
o You will then be required to independently organize and supervise M&A processes with subsidiaries.
