Welcome to MST Holding!
We are looking for French, Swedish, Italian, or Portuguese speakers with an excellent level of English to join our amazing Helpdesk Team in Barcelona!
We offer a paid two-week training program in July, followed by the official start of the role in September, giving you the opportunity to build your skills and get ready for success from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Join us as a Full-Time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Supporting customers from the UK market and one additional market (French, Swedish, Italian, or Portuguese).
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience while resolving technical issues efficiently.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract.
- Monday to Friday schedule – weekends are for relaxing! 😌
- 39-hour workweek, with shifts scheduled between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Annual gross salary of €19,623.91, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year).
- Two weeks of paid training, starting July 20th.
- Office located just a few minutes from Hospital Clínic metro station.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Spanish NIE and Social Security Number.
- Currently living in Barcelona.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Fluency in French, Swedish, Italian, or Portuguese, along with an excellent level of English.
- Availability to work on-site at our Barcelona office.
