RTO Supervisor

Are you passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and contributing to innovative projects? We are looking for an RTO Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, international, and constantly evolving environment.

In this role, you will lead a team of 20-30 agents, monitor/a performance through KPIs, and collaborate with global stakeholders on the implementation of new processes, automation initiatives, and AI-driven projects. You will play a key role in bridging global strategy with local execution, helping to improve efficiency, team engagement, and operational performance across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Experience tracking KPIs and driving process improvements.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Interest in or familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, N8N, or similar is a plus.

  Responsabilidades:

  What We Offer

  Salary: 30.000 € gross per year.

  Office hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  Hybrid working model: 3 days in the Poblenou office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and 2 days working from home.

  2 additional weeks of smart working per year.
