Finance & Business Manager | International School | Dos Hermanas (Seville)

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Business Manager to join our international school located in Dos Hermanas (Seville).

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding international education group, working closely with the Principal and the Group Head Office to support the operational and financial success of the school.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in managing the school's finance, administration and business operations while helping to deliver an outstanding educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial management, reporting and budgeting for the school.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the Principal.
• Manage monthly reporting, cash flow, forecasting and financial controls.
• Oversee payroll, purchasing, invoicing and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage the administration team and support the efficient day-to-day running of the school.
• Work closely with Group Head Office departments including Finance, HR and Operations.
• Support business planning, school development projects and operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships with staff, parents, suppliers and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Business Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Experience managing administrative teams and operational processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience within education or an international organisation is desirable but not essential.
