🎯 What you’ll do

• Support customers and dealerships via phone and email
• Take ownership of cases from start to resolution
• Follow up to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience
• Update systems and contribute to daily operations
  

✅ What we’re looking for

• C1 level of English
• C2/native in Dutch, German, or Swedish
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Based in Madrid or nearby

💡 Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

🏢 How you’ll work

• Hybrid working model: 50% office-based after a 3-month onboarding period
• Training fully on-site
• 🕒 Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday (no shift work)
• 📍 Office location: Albasanz 15, Madrid. Suanzes Underground. Canillejas area.

💰 What we offer

• Permanent contract from day one
• Salary: €22,000 – €24,000 gross/year
• 23 days of paid holiday
• • 2 extra vacation days if you work on Spanish public holidays
