Buscamos incorporar un/a Geometrical Engineer especializado/a en la definición, desarrollo, diseño, seguimiento y validación de medios de control / control gauges, así como en el análisis y negociación de tolerancias geométricas y dimensionales dentro de un entorno Tier 1 de automoción. La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar la correcta definición técnica de los útiles de control, la interpretación de requisitos dimensionales, el diseño conceptual de medios de control y la validación de calibres, garantizando la precisión dimensional y contribuyendo directamente a la calidad final del producto. Para esta posición se requiere un perfil con experiencia integral en el diseño y definición de medios de control, no únicamente en el seguimiento o validación de útiles ya diseñados. Tus funciones serán:Definir e implementar la estrategia de control dimensional de piezas en entorno automoción. Definir RPS (Reference Point System), puntos de control, puntos de apoyo, puntos funcionales y criterios geométricos en piezas. Definir el concepto técnico de los medios de control, asegurando que el diseño del útil responde a los requisitos dimensionales del producto. Preparar la documentación técnica inicial, incluyendo Specs Book, para fase de oferta, aprovisionamiento e industrialización. Participar en la definición y validación del diseño de control gauges junto con fabricantes externos, proveedores especializados y, cuando sea necesario, con el cliente. Gestionar técnicamente el diseño de medios de control y la fabricación de calibres con proveedores. Realizar el seguimiento de la fabricación de útiles de control, identificando desviaciones geométricas y coordinando acciones correctivas. Validar los útiles de control tanto en las instalaciones del fabricante como en las instalaciones del Tier 1. Realizar estudios, cálculos y análisis de tolerance stack-up / acumulación de tolerancias. Estudiar, calcular y negociar tolerancias con cliente, equilibrando requisitos funcionales, geométricos, estéticos y viabilidad industrial. Interpretar planos técnicos, documentación 2D/3D, requisitos geométricos, metrología y GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Reportar desviaciones, riesgos técnicos y propuestas de mejora a cliente, proveedores y equipos internos. Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería, calidad, industrialización, metrología, proveedores y cliente final.
