En Nubapp desarrollamos Resawod y Resasports, plataformas utilizadas por cientos de centros deportivos en más de 20 países para gestionar su negocio y mejorar la experiencia de sus clientes. Buscamos una persona para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Customer Success y convertirse en el principal punto de contacto para nuestros clientes franceses. Queremos encontrar a alguien extrovertido, cercano y con ganas de ayudar a otras personas a sacar el máximo partido de la tecnología. ¿Qué harás? Acompañar a nuevos clientes durante todo su proceso de incorporación. Realizar sesiones de formación y puesta en marcha online. Resolver dudas de clientes a través de chat, correo electrónico y teléfono. Ayudar a nuestros clientes a descubrir nuevas funcionalidades y mejores prácticas de uso. Hacer seguimiento de clientes para asegurar una correcta adopción del software. Participar en reuniones con los equipos de Producto y Desarrollo para proponer mejoras basadas en el feedback de los usuarios. Contribuir a que nuestros clientes obtengan el máximo valor posible de Resawod. ¿Qué buscamos? Francés nativo o bilingüe imprescindible. Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Persona extrovertida, empática y con facilidad para generar confianza. Capacidad de organización y autonomía. Gusto por enseñar y acompañar a otras personas. Residencia en Pamplona o alrededores. Se valorará positivamente Experiencia previa en Customer Success, formación de clientes o atención al cliente. Conocimiento del sector fitness, CrossFit o centros deportivos. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: · Handle incoming sales calls from potential customers. · Make outbound campaign calls using lists generated by the activation team. · Handle administrative tasks following each call (e.g. closing bookings, updating database, CRM registration). · Follow up on callback requests coming from web options. · Manage non-voice written channels (emails) with commercial and professional approach. · Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction · Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication · Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools · Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas · Take the extra mile to engage customers · You will also be the first ambassador of Costa Cruises, promoting our Brand to create amazing holidays experiences for our Guests!
