Hold an official university degree or a maximum of 2 pending exams + final thesis. Have completed university studies within the last 4 years. Have not had professional experience related to the degree after obtaining the title. Have not previously enjoyed a similar internship stay. Desde Manpower buscamos un/a Gerente de Customer Journey y Experiencia de Cliente para una gran compañía internacional en expansión en Europa. Se trata de un rol estratégico clave para definir, construir e implantar el modelo de experiencia de cliente en mercados actuales y nuevos, garantizando una experiencia consistente, escalable y centrada en el cliente. Trabajarás de forma transversal con áreas como marketing, comercial, CRM y posventa, teniendo un impacto directo en el crecimiento del negocio Tu misión Definir y asegurar la ejecución del customer journey objetivo de la compañía, construyendo estándares, procesos y herramientas que impulsen la conversión, retención y satisfacción de los clientes. Principales responsabilidades Definir y evolucionar el customer journey end-to-end como estándar de la organización. Diseñar e implementar procesos, flujos de CRM, contenidos y estándares de servicio. Detectar fricciones y optimizar la experiencia para mejorar conversión, retención y satisfacción. Coordinar equipos de forma transversal (marketing, comercial, CRM, posventa), sin autoridad jerárquica. Transferir el modelo de experiencia a nuevos mercados dentro del proceso de expansión. Medir el desempeño del journey mediante KPIs y proponer mejoras basadas en datos. Perfil que buscamos Experiencia 6–10 años en Customer Journey, Experiencia de Cliente, CRM o growth. Experiencia implementando modelos de experiencia en múltiples mercados o unidades. Coordinación transversal con equipos comerciales, datos y partners externos. Formación Grado en Marketing, Administración, Comunicación o afines. Posgrado en CX, CRM o negocios (valorable).
