Your Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across the Display and Video networks to achieve company objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. Develop engaging and effective ad creatives, including compelling text and visual content. Monitor and adjust bids to maximize campaign performance while staying within budget. Plan and implement audience-targeting strategies to reach relevant demographics and interests. Set up and conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages and improve conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign goals while minimizing unnecessary spending. Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives, share updates, and provide strategic recommendations. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly Display and Video Ads. Google Display Ads certification is considered an advantage. Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with a good eye for design and engaging advertising content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to meet deadlines. Trabajo diario Trabajarás directamente con Pedro para desarrollar ideas, planificar las próximas publicaciones y decidir cómo presentamos nuestro trabajo. La gestión del contenido será conjunta.
