Hold an official university degree or a maximum of 2 pending exams + final thesis. Have completed university studies within the last 4 years. Have not had professional experience related to the degree after obtaining the title. Have not previously enjoyed a similar internship stay. Con un enfoque altamente analítico y estratégico, trabajan junto a grandes farmacéuticas, hospitales, compañías medtech e instituciones sanitarias desarrollando proyectos de alto impacto vinculados a patient experience, innovación y estrategia de mercado. Actualmente, debido al crecimiento del equipo y al incremento de proyectos estratégicos, buscan incorporar un/a Senior Healthcare Strategy & Market Research Consultant para su oficina de Barcelona. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones en la empresa? Liderar varios proyectos estratégicos de healthcare/pharma de forma simultánea. Diseñar y estructurar metodologías de investigación cualitativa y estratégica. Moderar workshops, focus groups y entrevistas con stakeholders del sector salud. Realizar sesiones con médicos, pacientes, hospitales, expertos y compañías farmacéuticas. Analizar mercado, tendencias, competencia e insights estratégicos. Transformar insights cualitativos en recomendaciones de negocio y frameworks estratégicos. Experiencia mínima de 8 años en consultoría healthcare/pharma, healthcare market research o innovación sanitaria. Background sólido en consultoría estratégica, market research estratégico o healthcare insights. Experiencia imprescindible en sector salud/pharma. Capacidad para liderar proyectos con alta autonomía desde el inicio. Experiencia moderando workshops, focus groups y sesiones con stakeholders sanitarios. Perfil analítico y estratégico con capacidad para estructurar problemas y generar recomendaciones de negocio. Experiencia construyendo frameworks, storytelling ejecutivo y presentaciones estratégicas. Capacidad para coordinar equipos y revisar entregables con alto estándar de calidad. Excelente comunicación y relación con cliente. Nivel alto de español e inglés; catalán valorable. Persona exigente, autónoma, resolutiva y con mentalidad “hands-on”.

Apoyo al departamento en diseño de cuestionarios, revisión de informes de investigación, análisis de tablas y bases de datos usando excel y powerbi, realización de gráficos con excel y ppt, creacion y modificación de ppt, coordinación interna con otros departamentos...
