Misión: como EM hands - on, te responsabilizarás de estabilizar el delivery, asegurar la ejecución y gestionar incidencias y dependencias, así como resolver problemas técnicos complejos; generando impacto directo en producto y negocio. Éstas serán tus funciones principales: Ejecución y delivery: Garantizar un delivery predecible, estable y de calidad. Optimizar procesos (planificación, incidencias, priorización). Reducir variabilidad: interrupciones, cambios de prioridad y retrabajo. Gestión de equipos: Liderar equipos en entornos complejos con enfoque data driven. Definir ownership claro y mejorar su eficiencia. Trabajarás con métricas: Cuantitativas: velocidad, throughput, predictibilidad, métricas DORA. Cualitativas: dinámicas, fricciones, bloqueos. Entorno de trabajo y estabilidad del equipo: Asegurar un entorno de trabajo estable, sostenible y productivo. Detectar y reducir desgaste, fricción y rotación. Visión técnica y producto - Aportar experiencia previa reciente como desarrollador/a o perfil técnico hands-on. - Tener capacidad para entender conversaciones técnicas, detectar cuellos de botella y entrar al detalle si es necesario, por ejemplo en PRs, diseño técnico, arquitectura o integraciones. - Colaborar con el Technical Lead en decisiones técnicas, calidad, arquitectura, dependencias y evolución del sistema. - Trabajar con el Product Owner/Product Manager para asegurar que prioridades, historias de usuario y necesidades de negocio están bien aterrizadas. - Aportar contexto en backend, APIs, integración de sistemas o productos API/API-first.
