Operación y entrega de servicio Liderar la operación diaria de los servicios de Workplace (L1/L2/L3, Field, VIP support). Garantizar cumplimiento de SLAs, OLAs y KPIs definidos contractualmente. Asegurar la correcta priorización, asignación y resolución de tickets. Supervisar modelos multisite e internacionales (incluyendo coordinación con partners locales). Gestión de equipos Liderar equipos multidisciplinares (service desk, onsite, remote). Dimensionamiento de recursos según demanda (forecasting y capacity planning). Definir objetivos individuales alineados con los KPIs del servicio. Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua y orientación a cliente. Gobierno operativo Implantar y gestionar procesos ITIL: Incident Management Request Fulfilment Problem Management Mantener documentación operativa actualizada (runbooks, SOPs). Participar en comités operativos y aportar reporting estructurado. Performance & Reporting Monitorizar y analizar KPIs clave: SLA compliance First Contact Resolution (FCR) MTTR Backlog evolution Mejora continua y automatización Identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa (lean, estandarización). Impulsar automatización (copilot, self-service, knowledge base). Reducir volumen de tickets mediante shift-left y problem management. Gestión financiera Control del coste operativo del servicio. Seguimiento de productividad por recurso/ticket. Soporte en optimización de márgenes (especialmente en contratos gestionados). Customer Experience Garantizar una alta satisfacción de usuario (NPS/CSAT). Gestionar escalados operativos y situaciones críticas. Asegurar calidad homogénea en todos los puntos de servicio. ¿Qué puedes aportar a Nuestro equipo? Formación Ingeniería o formación técnica equivalente (IT, telecomunicaciones o similar). Certificación ITIL (mínimo Foundation, valorable Intermediate). Experiencia 5+ años en gestión operativa dentro de servicios IT gestionados. Experiencia en Workplace / End User Services. Experiencia en entornos internacionales y multisite. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact to our clients, advisors and visitors and provides general office support with a variety of administrative activities and related tasks.
