ESTAMOS CONTRATANDO IT System Administrator (Business Tools & Operations) En KONGSBERG GROUP somos una compañía internacional basada en el conocimiento, presente en 39 países, que desarrolla sistemas y soluciones de alta tecnología para los sectores oil & gas, marítimo, defensa y aeroespacial. Nuestro Departamento de IT da soporte de clase mundial a miles de empleados en decenas de ubicaciones por todo el mundo. Ahora buscamos un/a IT System Administrator para nuestro Business Tools & Operations Team en España. Ubicación: Alicante o Villajoyosa (es necesario residir en la provincia de Alicante o cerca). Modelo de trabajo: híbrido (ni 100% presencial ni 100% remoto). TU IMPACTO EN EL ROL Las aplicaciones que gestionarás las usan cada día miles de personas de Kongsberg en 39 países. Tú serás quien las mantenga estables, rápidas y fiables y, sobre todo, quien automatice para que dejen de fallar: no apagando fuegos, sino diseñando para que no se produzcan. Trabajarás sobre stack Microsoft y Azure con margen real para proponer y construir: scripting, automatización y pipelines que convierten tareas repetitivas en procesos que se gestionan solos. Empezarás en operación, pero el rol crece hacia ingeniería de plataforma y automatización avanzada según lo que aportes. Si te gusta entender por qué algo se rompe y dejarlo mejor de como estaba, este es tu sitio. LO QUE HARÁS •Operar y administrar aplicaciones de negocio críticas, garantizando su disponibilidad y rendimiento. •Instalar, gestionar y mantener aplicaciones sobre plataformas Microsoft y Azure. •Detectar, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias, y eliminar sus causas raíz. •Automatizar tareas operativas para ganar fiabilidad y eficiencia. •Diseñar y mantener la monitorización que anticipa los problemas antes de que escalen. •Aportar en proyectos IT estratégicos junto a equipos internacionales. LO QUE BUSCAMOS •Experiencia en IT operations, system engineering o rol similar. •Experiencia con cloud (preferiblemente Microsoft Azure). •Scripting / automatización para mejorar fiabilidad, eficiencia o escalabilidad. •Conocimiento de incident / change / problem management en un entorno de servicios IT. •Familiaridad con principios y formas de trabajo DevOps. No necesitas dominarlo todo. Lo que más valoramos es la curiosidad, las ganas de aprender y la mentalidad de mejora continua. El resto se construye aquí. SUMAS PUNTOS SI TIENES •ITSM (ServiceNow o similar). •Diseño o contribución a pipelines CI/CD. •Certificaciones (Azure, ITIL 4, DevOps). •Experiencia en equipos ágiles u orientados a producto.
