Entre las funciones del puesto: Desarrollo y Excelencia Pedagógica de los Formadores: Acompañar al equipo mediante observaciones, feedback y coaching, favoreciendo la mejora continua de sus habilidades como formadores. Promover metodologías innovadoras y buenas prácticas de aprendizaje para maximizar el impacto de las acciones formativas. Coordinar procesos de certificación, recertificación de los formadores. Gestionar y asegurar la realización de formaciones que establece Headquarters. Evaluación y Calidad de la Formación: Evaluar la efectividad y calidad de las acciones formativas mediante observaciones, indicadores y análisis de resultados. Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, realizando el seguimiento de su implementación e impacto. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad definidos. Seguimiento y Reporting: Elaborar informes y métricas de seguimiento relacionados con la calidad de la formación y el desarrollo de los formadores. Colaborar en la preparación de auditorías y reportings para nuestros Headquarters. Garantizar una gestión rigurosa de la información y facilitar la toma de decisiones mediante el análisis y reporting de resultados. Qualifications Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional training 3–5 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in cloud, training, consulting or architecture roles Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Deep knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences (from beginner to architect level) Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings, workshops or enablement formats Strong presentation and moderation skills Experience with OpenStack, containers, networking and infrastructure concepts is a plus High customer orientation and strong communication skills Practice with agile methods, development processes and modern toolchains Fluency in written and spoken English Fluency in German is a Plus What do we offer you?
