Como Junior Compliance Analyst, serás responsable no solo de la vigilancia normativa diaria, sino también de la creación y redacción del marco normativo interno y de asegurar que cumplimos con los estándares de cumplimiento exigidos por nuestros clientes (aseguradoras y entidades financieras). Desarrollo Normativo y Redacción de Políticas •Colaborar activamente en la redacción, implantación y actualización de políticas, procedimientos y normas internas (Código Ético, GDPR, políticas de seguridad de la información, formaciones obligatorias y de concienciación, políticas de Capital Humano, sostenibilidad, gobierno corporativo, etc.). •Desarrollar guías y materiales de formación para asegurar que las políticas se comprenden y aplican correctamente en todos los departamentos. Seguridad de la información & Continuidad de negocio & Solvencia ·Apoyo en la creación e implantación del inventario de políticas, normativas y procedimientos de seguridad, seguridad de la información y continuidad de negocio. ·Garantizar el cumplimiento de gestión de incidentes definido en la política corporativa. Gestión de Cumplimiento para Clientes ·Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos y legales exigidos por nuestros clientes en sus procesos de auditoría y contratación, así como coordinar los procesos de anuales que se requieran. ·Actuar como punto de contacto en la relación con las áreas de Compliance de clientes para los procesos de auditoria / homologación y recopilar las evidencias necesarias requeridas por los clientes. ·Coordinación con los equipos internacionales y locales en los procesos de auditoria/homologación. ·Preparar y supervisar la documentación necesaria requerida por los clientes para el seguimiento de la actividad: elaboración de informes de seguimiento de SLAs, etc.. Análisis de Riesgos y Mejora Continua •Analizar estructuras legales e identificar riesgos operativos, contractuales y tecnológicos. •Proponer el uso de herramientas (incluyendo IA) para optimizar la gestión de políticas y el control de riesgos. •Apoyo en la obtención de certificaciones de calidad (ISO 9001) REQUISITOS Formación •Grado en Derecho (imprescindible). •Se valorará positivamente formación específica en Compliance (posgrado, máster o certificación). Experiencia •Alrededor de 2 años de experiencia en departamentos de Cumplimiento Normativo, Asesoría Jurídica o Gestión de Riesgos. Habilidades técnicas •Excelente capacidad de expresión escrita para elaboración de informes, políticas y escritos legales. •Nivel alto de inglés (B2/C1), tanto hablado como escrito (capacidad de redactar en inglés). •Frances: Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de la lengua. • Dominio del paquete Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). •Curiosidad e interés por el uso de herramientas de IA aplicada al cumplimiento. •Conocimiento de normativa AML/KYC, RGPD, y marcos de Compliance sectorial en seguros o banca (valorable).
