Hold an official university degree or a maximum of 2 pending exams + final thesis. Have completed university studies within the last 4 years. Have not had professional experience related to the degree after obtaining the title. Have not previously enjoyed a similar internship stay. Customer Service Agent with Spanish & English Foundever is expanding and we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join an exciting automotive project, based at our Madrid offices. Your main responsibilities Provide multi-channel customer support . Handle customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently. Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards ¿. What we offer Permanent contract . Full-time position (39 hours per week). Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Gross annual salary: €22,100 (language bonus included).
