About the role: We are expanding our teams across the UK and Europe and are looking for Site Leads across two disciplines: Robotics / Automation - leading on-site operations across large-scale robotics, automation and warehouse technology projects, including industrial and warehouse automated solutions. Fit-Out / Construction - leading on-site operations across large-scale fit-out and building modification installation projects. This is a senior, hands-on and client-facing role. You will be the key on-site representative for NPSG - the day-to-day point of contact for the client and contractors on site. Depending on the project, you will either support the Project Manager and lead in their absence, or take the lead on a smaller project in your own right. You will coordinate all day-to-day installation activities, manage multi-disciplinary crews and agency labour, and ensure installation integrity and strict compliance with all construction and safety standards. Our offices are in the south of Gran Canaria. This role is built for someone who has started their career in customer support and wants to grow into a management position in the luxury industry. You will work directly with international clients, learn the world of high-end watches and jewelry from the inside, and build the experience you need to lead the customer experience from sales to fulfillment and after-sales. Manejo habitual de Excel. Experiencia utilizando ERP o gestores documentales. Nivel alto de inglés, mínimo valorable B2. Requisitos deseados: Se valorarán conocimiento de otros idiomas. Experiencia/conocimientos del Sector Fotovoltáico o de renovables.
