We tailor IT related knowledge and services, and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems. The main responsibilities of this role will be to work together with the members of different other IT support teams and communicate with users while finding practical solutions to their IT problems. RESPONSIBILITIES: Join us as a full-time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for multifunction printers, among other tasks. You will handle calls, e-mails and chats from the UK and German markets. WE OFFER: - Permanent contract. - Monday to Friday. Weekends = rest mode - Working hours: 39 hours/week (full-time). Working schedules will be organized within the time slot between 10:00 a.m. and 19:00 p.m. -Annual salary: 19.623,91 euros gross/year+ productivity and quality bonus of €160 gross/month (€1,960 gross/year). -Paid training planned for 2 weeks, immediate beginning. - Excellent work office location, near Hospital Clinic metro station. -Development opportunities. -On-site job position in Barcelona, near metro Hospital Clinic metro station.
