Seleccionamos un/a Responsable IT (H/M/X), para incorporación directa en la plantilla de uno de nuestros clientes de gran relevancia, con proyecto estable y de alto impacto, ubicado en Palencia. Se encargará de liderar la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía, liderar el área tecnológica, impulsando iniciativas de digitalización, automatización, ciberseguridad e innovación, con impacto directo en el negocio. Requisitos: Experiencia previa liderando departamentos o áreas IT. Experiencia en transformación digital y mejora de procesos. Conocimientos en ciberseguridad, infraestructura y sistemas corporativos. Experiencia en gestión de proveedores tecnológicos. Capacidad para alinear tecnología y objetivos de negocio. Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales o productivos. Funciones principales Definir y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía. Liderar proyectos de transformación digital y mejora continua. Impulsar iniciativas de automatización de procesos e Inteligencia Artificial. Gestionar proveedores tecnológicos y proyectos estratégicos. Garantizar la disponibilidad, estabilidad y seguridad de los sistemas e infraestructuras IT. Definir y supervisar las políticas de ciberseguridad. Actuar como enlace entre las áreas de negocio y tecnología. Gestionar el presupuesto del área y el seguimiento de proyectos.
