What does the program consist of? -It is a 12-month program featuring an intensive rotation through key operational areas: Rooms Division, F&B, and Management. -Afterwards, you will choose an area of specialization based on your interests to deepen your knowledge and specific skills, strengthening your professional profile. -In the final phase, you will develop a specific project with a real impact on the business. -Throughout the program, you will build essential soft skills, from team leadership and business management to project direction and relationship building. -You will receive ongoing evaluation and constructive feedback, alongside dedicated mentoring.
