The Role As Store Manager, you will lead the performance of a Majorica point of sale within a department store environment, ensuring excellence across sales, team management, operations and client experience. You will play a key role in driving productivity, motivating the team and ensuring the brand image is represented at the highest level. You will be responsible for leading the team towards achieving store objectives and business performance targets. Your responsibilities will be: Commercial Performance Drive sales, productivity and KPI achievement. Monitor daily business performance and implement action plans. Identify opportunities to maximize traffic conversion and cross-selling. Ensure excellent execution of launches, campaigns and activations. Team Leadership Lead, motivate and develop the team. Coach the team on sales techniques, product storytelling and service standards. Foster a positive and performance-oriented culture. Organize priorities and daily operations effectively. Client Experience Ensure premium and consistent service standards. Lead by example on the sales floor. Drive client engagement and relationship-building actions. Recruitment: Responsible for the recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members, and hereby the optimal team positioning, and future talent pipeline. Employee Engagement: Develop and motivate your team through development plans and feedback, in-store training, team meetings, and securing employee engagement score meets or exceeds the true benchmark score. Guest Experience: Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations through your local community in accordance with our brand behaviour principles and hereby increase overall guest loyalty. Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards while ensuring brand and highest local standards and ratings are maintained. Shift Planning and Structures: Create an optimal store shift plan considering seasonality, local events, and other circumstances impacting the store traffic and hereby ensure an ideal workflow in accordance with company standards, and store budget. Managing employee absence, onboarding, off-boarding, and ensuring working time follows contractual obligations, union agreements, and legal requirements. Stock Handling: Full ownership of stock handling, including but not limited to counting, and ordering to ensure optimal inventory and hereby the waste percentage is not exceeding the specified monthly target. Performance Management: Accountable for building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to achieve defined KPI targets. What’s the job? As Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the Front Office team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. You’ll report to the Front Office Manager. Your day-to-day ·Support the Front Office Manager all required tasks. ·Assign work and supervise team members performance in all Front Office procedures including, but not limited to, guest check-in and check-out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services and determining room rates and availability ·Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. ·Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints. ·Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. ·Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, inform and train team members. ·Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
