Ihre Mission Sie spielen eine Schlüsselrolle in der Aus- und Weiterbildung des Teams und stellen sicher, dass Wissen, Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards effektiv vermittelt werden. ¿ Hauptaufgaben Verwaltung, Aktualisierung und Anpassung von Wissensplattformen (Confluence und ähnliche Tools). Entwicklung und Anpassung von Schulungsinhalten entsprechend den Kundenbedürfnissen. Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Teamfähigkeiten. Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. Koordination regelmäßiger Meetings mit verschiedenen Teams. Zusammenarbeit mit Trainern anderer Märkte und Abteilungen. Messung der Wirksamkeit von Schulungsmaßnahmen anhand von KPIs und Nachverfolgung. Durchführung von Schulungsevaluierungen und Qualitätsaudits der Mitarbeiter. Was wir suchen Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder zweisprachigem Niveau (mündliche und schriftliche Prüfung wird durchgeführt). Englischkenntnisse, die die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld ermöglichen. Erfahrung als Trainer sowie in der Teamführung. Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office. Bereitschaft, vor Ort in unseren Büros im Bereich Hospital Clínic (Barcelona). Was wir bieten Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag nach erfolgreicher Probezeit. Vollzeitstelle: 39 Stunden pro Woche. Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag, 09:00–18:00 Uhr, einmal pro Woche bis 17:00 Uhr. Zweiwöchige Einarbeitung (09:00–18:00 Uhr). What are we looking for? Native or bilingual level of German (oral and written test will be conducted). English level that allows you to work in an international environment. Previous experience as a Trainer and in team management. Advanced MS Office skills. Availability to work on-site at our offices in the Hospital Clínic area (Barcelona), with the possibility of a hybrid model after the adaptation period. What we offer Permanent contract after successfully completing the probation period. Full-time position: 39 hours per week. Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, with one day finishing at 17:00. Two-week initial training program (09:00–18:00). Buscamos un conserje nocturno. Trabajo a tiempo parcial, 3 días a la semana. El horario es de 23:00 a 07:00, con horario partido de 03:00 a 05:00. Las tareas consisten en registrar a los huéspedes que llegan tarde, mantener limpias las zonas comunes y preparar las sábanas y el material de limpieza para el día siguiente. En caso de que surja alguna duda o problema durante la noche, os pedimos que llameis a un responsable para que os asista.
