About Us & Your Mission Are you a financial planning and analysis professional with solid experience in multinational environments looking for a strategic project with a real impact on business operations? At Safetykleen, the leading European provider of environmental and parts cleaning services, we are looking for an FP&A Business Partner to join our team on a permanent contract basis at our Azeitão office (Setúbal, Portugal). As this is a 100% on-site role, living in the surrounding area is an essential requirement to ensure work-life balance and avoid excessive daily commuting. Reporting directly to our Head of FP&A in Spain, your main mission will be to act as the strategic bridge between finance and business operations, analyzing, planning, and monitoring Iberian financial data to drive corporate decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Participate actively in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Iberian region. Prepare regular corporate and operational financial reporting (monthly review packs, variance analysis, and KPIs). Analyze variances, deviations, and trends against the budget (margins, sales, volume, and product mix). Act as a financial partner to business managers, helping them interpret financial data and transform it into actionable business improvements. Ensure data quality, consistency, and automation across financial reports and dashboards. ¿ Minimum Requirements: Education: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar. Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis within multinational environments. Languages: * Portuguese (Native or fluent). Spanish or English (High proficiency, essential for daily communication and direct reporting to the Head of FP&A in Spain). Technical Skills: Advanced Excel level (financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables). Knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint is highly valued. Mobility & Location (Essential Requirement): Due to the 100% on-site nature of this role, it is mandatory to reside in the surrounding areas of the office (Azeitão, Setúbal, Alcochete, Seixal, Almada, Sesimbra) and own a personal vehicle for your daily commute.
