THE VALUE PROPOSITION: WHY THIS ROLE? The American tech market is the most challenging, fast-paced, and demanding market in the world. By owning this desk, you will grow immensely as a professional. You will learn to operate at the absolute highest standards of international headhunting, dealing with cutting-edge tech stacks and elite engineering talent. TOTAL FLEXIBILITY & CALENDAR OWNERSHIP We believe in results and autonomy, not micromanagement. You own your agenda and your calendar entirely. To successfully crush the US market, there is only one core requirement: US Market Coverage: At least 3 days per week, your schedule needs to align with American time zones. This typically means being active through the afternoon and finishing around 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM (Madrid time). You Control Your Agenda: If an elite candidate or a founder is only available later and you want to schedule interviews past 10:00 PM, that is totally up to you. You have absolute freedom to manage your working hours your way. THE MISSION & TECH FOCUS You will lead deep-dive sourcing and initial technical/cultural screenings for highly sophisticated roles. Our clients are currently building out elite product teams, meaning you will focus heavily on: Product Engineers: Finding developers who don’t just write code, but understand product development, user impact, and business logic. Core Tech: Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, and DevOps Engineers. Next-Gen Tech: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineers, Machine Learning (ML) Engineers, and Data Scientists. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Expert Sourcing: Act as an absolute power-user of LinkedIn Recruiter to map the market, build pipelines, and uncover passive elite talent. Rigorous Screening: Conduct deep initial interviews to assess technical alignment, product mindset, and startup culture fit. Quality Over Quantity: Present only the top 1% of candidates. Our clients choose us because our curation is flawless. US Market Navigation: Adapt your communication and negotiation style to match the fast, direct nature of the US startup ecosystem. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter/Headhunter. The Startup Mindset: You don't need to have worked inside a startup, but you must have experience recruiting FOR startups/scale-ups (either from an agency or in-house). You understand their urgency, what founders look for, and how to sell a startup's vision. Tech Fluency: You deeply understand the difference between a standard developer and a Product Engineer. You can speak confidently about AI/ML, Data, and cloud infrastructures. Tool Mastery: You are a LinkedIn Recruiter expert. Boolean strings, custom projects, and high-conversion outreach are second nature to you. Language: Fluent English is mandatory. You will be interviewing US-based candidates daily. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a critical role in managing full-cycle recruitment for junior positions while supporting sourcing and hiring operations across Beauty Advisors role across DACH Region. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process from first contact through to onboarding. You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – DACH & IBERIA, and you will manage: 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Delivery ·Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior roles from job posting to onboarding ·Conduct initial interviews and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit ·Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders ·Ensure employer branding consistency across all job postings ·Deliver a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the process 2.
